APC Yobe Ramps Up Final Voter Registration Drive, Urges Women and Youth to Turn Out

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Yobe State chapter, through its E-Campaign and Voter Education initiative, is making a final appeal to the public especially women and young people to take full advantage of the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise, now in its third and final phase.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) officially resumed this concluding phase on Monday, 11th May 2026.

In a statement released in Damaturu, the founder of the initiative, Dr. Adam K. Mohammad, confirmed that the third phase runs from 11th May to Friday, 10th July 2026.

“Eligible citizens who have turned 18, as well as those unable to register in earlier phases, should seize this opportunity,” Dr. Mohammad said.

The APC initiative reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring no resident of Yobe State is left out of the electoral process, with a particular focus on mobilising women and first-time voters.
