Yobe Arts and Culture Director Rewards Outstanding Staff





The Executive Director of the Yobe State Council for Arts and Culture, Hajiya Husna Ibrahim, has commended and rewarded hardworking staff in her agency, affirming that a motivated workforce enhances productivity.  

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Ibrahim highlighted the significance of staff welfare, stating,"I am humbled and fulfilled to have recognized our dedicated staff, as their satisfaction directly translates to better performance.A happy team accomplishes tasks more efficiently." 

The recognition initiative, aimed at high-performing employees, aligns with her strategy to improve efficiency and job satisfaction within the Council.  

Staff members lauded the gesture, calling it a significant morale booster that fosters dedication and excellence.  

Under Ibrahim’s leadership, the Council has remained committed to promoting Yobe’s rich cultural heritage while prioritizing employee motivation as a cornerstone of institutional success.
